View Full Version : New PC Not Communicating Properly w/ JV3

We have a JV3 hooked up through a firewire. We have been running it on Windows 2000. We put a new computer in that has XP and we keep getting I/F errors. Anyone know how to fix this problem? We are running Flexi-Pro 8.0 and we are ripping and printing out of it.

check yer cable.
Try running it with a usb instead..

3 years running Flexi 7.6 on XP, via Firewire to my JV3.
The only problem I've had was when I upgraded my computer...
...I had to have Advantage Sign Supply techs & SAi techs both on the phone & eventually logging in with remote access to my computer before we got things going right again... so my advice is call whatever supplier based tech upport you may have available to you.
