I know this supplier of mine in China would fix your jv3 mainboard+ change the firmware into no need for chips ever; only if you're interested to third party ink.

I have a new never installed JV3 SP mainboard in original box. I will sell for half of the dealer retail. It is not the newer ROHS board and can be firmware downgraded and made chip unaware.
