help with logo..

i have a customer that owns a sears store.he wants me to do his sign.the problem is his file witht he sears logo isnt that great and when i convert it to an eps it is all jagged and crappy looking.how do i fix this,any pointers would be greatly appreciated..

If you do manage to get it from brands of the world, make sure he signs off on it as they have dated files. Also charge him for it.

I checked it against their website, it is the current logo they are using.
