Not sure why but I can't seem to figure out what this font is..any help is appreciated. Thanks, H.O.

Looks like Trajan, except for the ampersand.

(edit) The ampersand looks like a slightly modified Minion

It's the omnipresent Trajan Bold although they've switched fonts for the ampersand.
