Looks like a decent deal. I found similar machine made by Trio but it is in the $500 range.
Do these machines work on Coroplast?

Don't forget that cheaper isn't always better and you'll probably get what you pay for.
In the past, I've used a Neolt Strong Trim. Although it had some issues with it, it was a good rotary cutter once I got it working right.
Another place you may want to check is graphic Resource Systems...
