I know that this is a really poor image but can anybody identify this font? Thanks!

looks like Linotype Zapfino to me

It's Zapfino alright. Zapfino is currently up to 24 different variations, not counting the somewhat different version that is included with Macintosh System 10.

the one that appeas closest to me is Zapfino Extra Pro Contextual (http://www.linotype.com/61955/zapfinoextraprocontextual-font.html). The Linotype site has a sample creator if getting the right one is important to you.
