HELP: Printhead FUSES or...?

Hello everybody !
I have 2 printers with the same EPSON-3000 printheads.
Recently i installed new printheads on one of them and put used ones on my old Roland-FJ.
Rank Numbers have been changed according to instructions.
Test print was fine (which means Fuses are OK),
but as soon as leftover ink inside the printheads has ran out, Roland stopped printing.
Pump is working like it should, but no ink goes into waste bottle.
Does anyone know what seems to be the problem...?

Capping station or pump. Could be the capping station is out of adjustment to new heads. Put a syringe on the capping station to draw ink thru heads and see.
