If you had a bigger one of it, Vector Doctor could probably do it...that looks a little small for it to work though. You may send it to him just to make sure though.

considering its one color... you might want to try vectormagic.com

cant hurt. if you have a higher res file, it would be even better. you get free credits with a sign up. i use it all the time with great results.

why not see if fred has it .. i am sure i have something close .. but cant you print it black and white .. rescan it and then trace it then touch it up after the trace

It is a Vespa, so finding better reference shouldn't be hard anyway.
