CorelX3 vehicle templates

Since all of these files are just numbered is there someway to identify the vehicle model in their extensive files? Say if I was looking for a Mercury Grand Marquis how do I start? I'm pretty car ignorant, but I need to do a rough mockup.

I've asked this same question and not received a reply. I've also done Google searches using every combination of wording I can think of with no success. If there is a directory for those outlines it sure is doing a good job of hiding! *LOL*
