Here's the cheapest path I've found to get CorelDRAW 11.
First, get an OEM version of CorelDRAW Suite 9 here for $32: CorelDRAW 9 (http://store.yahoo.com/saveateaglestore/cordraw90oem1.html)
Next, go here to get the upgrade to CorelDRAW 11 for $75 or the whole suite for $118 (that's what I did): CorelDRAW 11 (http://www.cdw.com/shop/search/Results.aspx?key=coreldraw)
I searched the 'net up and down and this seems to be the cheapest path to get a legitimate copy.
