graphtec fc4100 repair

I am looking at buying a used fc4100. Good price. but the catch is that it has a problem. Uneven depth of cut from right to left. Any thoughts on how big a repair this might be. Thanks, Fred

Unless the thing was dropped onto a rock from a great height, it probably just needs a new cutting strip installed properly. That's not a repair, it's maintenance.
