Has anyone used LG's LD393 30" calendar airgress vinyl. I have a Roland SP540 and have use about all the different type of so called wrap vinyl, cast & cal.

The problem I am having is the vinyl wants to channel while printing causing head strike, I quit after first hit. Wondering if I have heat set wrong or to high. 40 printing 36 drying think thats default on printer.

How warm is it where the printer is? does it get super cold at night?

65-70 not colder than 60 at night vinyl is in same

try storing the vinyl in a warmer place. Maybe its getting too cold and as soon as it hits the heater its channeling
