We are trying to make a grain frame for HDU foam to give it the "real wood" look. Anyone know how, or give us some sort of direction. Thanks so much !

no seb he means so he can sandblast the hdu to get a wood grain effect - its just a wooden frame w/a buncha wires (semi-loose) running through it...

Hi There
Been there, Done that. I built my own grain frame using 1 inch tubular and flat steel. It measures 62 inches wide by 40 inches tall. Do you have Corel Draw?
