Having a slight frustration setting up new Wacom Graphire I got half price at an ofc. supply close-out sale.
Those of you who have one (it has cordless mouse also), did you hafta uninstall the "regular" mouse to avoid conflicts, etc., or do they NOT conflict with the Wacom mouse? I'm feelin' dumb today!

They should not conflict. The Walcom mouse is not really a mouse per say, it has to be used on the tablet just like the pen.

I have a 12" X 12" Wacom tablet on my home desktop computer. Never had any conflicts between it and other attached pointing devices. That same computer has a Logitech optical mouse attached as well as a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro gaming joystick.
Graphics tablets don't work very well games. Hehe.
