Registration Marks

Please help~
I mainly use Corel. I need to use registration marks for a customer doing his own installation.
Wanted to use the feature in Flexi but don't know how to find it in Design Central. The book just gives a definition. I can't figure it out and its a matter of determination at this point! Please help.
