Hello Team.. I have a project that will require either Gator, UltraMount or Ultra Board. I have not worked with either before. My primary requirement is rigidity, as this will be a large overhead archway. I am expecting to use 3/16 but I am concerned about cutting. The design has a lot of free form curves and I am HOPING to cut these on my Esko knife. Does anyone have experience with the reciprocating knifes with these materials, or do I have to use the router?
Thanks in Advance
Rick

Band saw, scroll saw work the best. Jigsaw would work, but would require a bit more finished sanding.

Have you ever attempted to cut with a reciprocating knife? Is Ultra a better product to cut?

I haven't done that, but I don't see why that wouldn't work.
