How do I aline text of school name down shirt sleeve?

Hello,
yep its me! I am back for more corel help! Running ver 9 and need to put a schools name ( 4 words) down the sleeves of shirts. But needs to be centered.

But what tool or process do I use to evenly aline the lettering? I did it once a while back ad cant recall real quick and need to show them a sample!!
