Well I do dye sub, but I haven't ever done it on poker table cloth. Not much call for it around here.

Unfortunately, my dye sub equipment can't handle gaming felt.

You might want to check with an industrial fabric supplier to see who is into this kind of printing work. Try www.aberdeenfabrics.com or http://www.fishertextiles.com/ftp4.php?appquery=gaming

They're the 2 mfgr's that I'd most recommend.

I can dye sub up to 40"x64" if that would help you.
