cap station assembly/motor has gone bad these are the two most common reasons for this error.

Came into work this morning with this error.....do you need to replace the whole capping station or just a motor?
Thanks.

it's basically an end of life for the cap station. It's an entire unit that includes 6 priming assemblies, 6 caps, the motor, and all associated bits.

Actually we realized this error is from it being too cold in the shop. once it warms up its fine.

the error is being caused by your cap station failing. The environmental conditions will affect it, but the fact remains the cap station is failing. I don't say this to be harsh, but allow you ample time to start saving your money so you can get it replaced. It will start intermittently, then progress to total failure.
By warning you in advance, it will allow you to plan and get a tech in to change it, minimizing down time.
