HP9000 Ink scratches on banners

Have problem with ink scratching on banner material. Tried different brands of banner material. Is it the Ink, Material, Temp. or something else I Not doing correctly?

Dont scratch it and you should be fine! Lol j/k it could be a combination of things but more then likely its the temp and material your using. Call your vendor and see if they can help you out with that. Thats what I would do.

It has been sitting for a couple of weeks and still scratch.
The banners are being used as skirting on a semi. They are getting scratched in the field ,when they are getting sewn and when material gets kinked.
