Maybe we need a 7.3.2 vs x10 thread?

All of us Onyx users know that 7.3 is a pig on Win7. Soon enough we will all be forced to face the upgrade demon as our XP boxes get older and older.

So? My questions are aimed at x10 users that have made the leap...
What did it cost you?
How many printers are you running on it?
Did you also upgrade the PC at the same time, or do an in-place upgrade?
How does x10 handle multiple core cpu's? Can it light up a 6-core machine or are 2 cores glowing while 4 are idle?
Does the ink calc function work? I never could get it to work on my 7.3
Did your 7.3 profiles work on x10, or are we startint all over?
Did x10 improve your workflow over 7.3 in any meaningful way?

On x10 though that machine is still XP--reprofiled everything, had some major bugs but most have been addressed with updates. Relatively happy, still a lot of things I wish it did but that's another conversation. 16-bit rendering is nice. Haven't noticed a difference in PDFs but we do pretty significant PDF preflighting and errors were rare even with 7.x. Only two cores on our RIP machine but it uses both pretty well, and we haven't tried ink calculations yet.
