FC7000-75 Y position alarm

I upgraded the firmware on my new FC7000-75 from 1.01 to 1.52 and now every time I try to do a cross-cut I get a "Y POSITION ALARM" when the carriage presses up against the bar on the left.

Anyone else encountered this?
Any ideas how to overcome this problem?
I don't have the old firmware to revert back to.

I myself have had no reports from the field in the way of error. You can always roll back by installing the previous version until the issue is resolved. Get them here http://www.signsupplystore.com/productcart/pc/viewContent.asp?idpage=70

I did already roll back to a previous version but the problem is still there.

Okay problem is fixed. Seems it was a coincidence that it started doing this after upgrading the firmware. The problem was the sensor within the cutter head needed adjusting.
