I have the same vinyl cutter you have. The EmbossTrack24. It's a very well made plotter. I had a problem with the ribbon a couple of months back. (The only problem I've had in the 10 plus years I might ad!) I was lucky enough to find this guy out in California. His name is Jim Partin. Thank you for the plotter doctor contact. I will call today. I do like the Emboss Track, but I'm not sure it's worth $730 for the part
