We bought CS5 for a couple of the design stations last week (mine won't be upgraded) but we haven't installed it yet. I've got a client provided file that I need to get converted back to CS3, and don't want to boot my guys off their computers to isntall the upgrade right now.
Can someone post up an email and I'll send the file over? TIA!

Tells me it's an unknown format Chris.

worked fine for me...
& then my morning coffee kicked in & I remembered I'm running CS4... not 5...
...so, I made a note of that on your email Chris, and I've encountered several CS5 files that opened just fine with no legacy warnings of any kind... so maybe it's fine... but just wanted to confess

You can always place, then flatten the file, in CS3

Got it figured out thanks guys. Doug, your's worked fine, as well as Case's. Don't know what happened with this file, as I've had other CS5 files open fine. Guess I need to get off my butt (and s101!) and install the upgrade...

That has never happened to me before. Try sending me the originals you used Doug if you can.

I'd like to see if the ones you received work for me.
