Cutting 210 Oragard laminate over OraJet 3651. Question becomes what are others using for cut speed, cut force (pressure)? I'm using a new blade. Not an intricate design.

Or...are multiple passes with less pressure generally regarded as better for blade life? I notice if the print is long, the cuts can get off some.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I dial my SP-300 up to about 115 and leave the speed at max for that combination and it seems to behave OK .

Its Ok to leave the speed at Max, 11ips is already pretty slow as it is. Generally my blade pressure is around 120-130 depending on how new the blade is. Personally I would not be to concerned about blade costs as blades can be picked up from "Clean cut blades" for 11 or 12 dollars and they last for an extremely long time.
