Did all of the cleaning (including the nozzle wash with cleaning cartridges)
There is completely no orange in either head firing. Sounds like too good of a coincedence for both heads to be dry in same spot.
Any sort of troubleshooting for this (electrical) before I call in a tech (out of warranty!)
