Cutting Slow

I have Flexi 7.5 Starter, all I use it for is for cutting no design. If I open flexi and bring a graphic in a click cut, it opens the production manager and after I send the graphic it takes FOREVER to start cutting, and cuts really slow but if I open the production manager, and then flexi it sends the info to the plotter instantly...

look at spooling in flexi I never use flexi but I figure thats where the hang up is

I will check it in the morning, how should it be set, I just can't even begin to ponder why it cuts slow if I open flexi first
