X10 just Stops printing

We have a Epson GS6000 & a Mimaki JV33, and they have both just stopped printing in the middle of a print run. We are just printing large tiff files. I come over to the Rip and all the jobs have dropped down. Onyx says, Print Data Error...Print Aborted!!! WTF is a print data error?

I called Onyx last week and they told me it was a hiccup. 3 of the last 4 times I've tried calling Onyx they have been in meetings!!! Our company has paid a lot of money for their "paid for support" only to have them in meetings when we need it.

I had this happen on some files that were just too large...processing one large file while trying to rip another large file kept crashing Onyx.

check your hard drive. i've had that happen before when I was low of free disk space.

We have been running X10 for almost a year with no problems then this shows out of the blue.

The hard drives are large (1TB).

Try clearing your buffered jobs and work folder..
