dimensional sign work needed

I have a customer who needs about 3'x2' dimensional sign. Single sided, will be mounted to a wall. Customer runs an Irish pub and wants some Irish crest carved.

I would like to wholesale outsource the project to someone who can do it all - carve, finish and paint. Possibly gild some parts.
