I tried a couple of times the soft cleaning of both heads, a middle strong one and a strong cleaning. After that I just followed the full manual cleaning procedure, but it stays the same. I start it, install the paper, but if a try a test print, it keeps on falling out. It seems to me like an electricity problem. Can anybody help me?
