Epson GS6000 Maintenance

The manual calls for a longer maintenance interval then the videos on epsons site say for the gs6000. Right now i'm doing a head cleaning and pad replace basically once a month. Our machine runs daily but not all day every day all the time. Only when wraps are being printed and thats about 1 or 2 a month.

Everyone else pretty much on this schedule?

We've yet to replace a pad. Been running about 4 months now. Due head cleaning with swab every Friday. That's it.
