I am having a problem importing a PDF into sign lab 8. print & cut

I am having a problem importing a PDF into sign lab 8. P&C
I was able to import a PDF with no problem.
But today when I try to import a PDF file it is all broken up. looks like it is missing some of the fades and special effect.
And the files that I imported yesterday don't look right now and will not print correctly.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Is this just one or all PDF's?

Right now it is the PDFs that I received from a client. I think there are six of them. All six do the same thing.
I do not have a PDF that has transparencies on them from a different source to try.
