    I am working with 3M 7725 frosted vinyl. I am having an issue with the pre-mask not lifting the vinyl away from the backing material. I am using R-tape 4075. I did a center hinge method and removed the backing paper from the vinyl. I did this at 180 degree method. Hopefully someone has advice...

    We just did a trailer for a local trucking company. It is our first time doing a trailer like this. Just curious people's thoughts on pricing. The company logo is roughly 24 tall by 96 wide and the tag line with graphics is roughly 13 by 96. Thanks for your help and comments.
  12. FC7000 cutting issue

    As I mentioned in an earlier post. The cutting head was moving front to rear, I noticed there was two 4mm holes in the side of the cutting head. I did was make a plastic bushing to hold the head out and stop the movement. Put the fix in and did a perfect test cut. Brad

    Looking the cutter over tonight. I noticed the cutting head seems to have a lot of extra movement. When I compare it to my smaller plotter I can take the cutter head move it front to back about a quarter inch.
