I’ve had this EXACT issue! Turned out that I static shocked it one too many times by not grounding myself before I went on to touch the buttons. The solution was to replace the main board. My graphtec was under warranty so it was covered but we had to replace it ourselves which wasn’t crazy...
You need to right click on your printer up in the printers panel (top of onyx screen) and hit configure, then in the window that pops up there's a quick set a tab and you can edit, Add new, or delete a quick set.
