The lighting seemed to fix the issue at hand. I simply shut the lights off to half of the room where the printer is located. I did not have any other issues. Thanks for responding.

Update on this, I tried slowing the print head to 700 and going uni directional and my prints are now perfect ? however a 9 minute print is taking 40 minutes, but im printing. could this lead us towards something else, any thought ?
Also, with the single head VS, why would this only be the black ink having issues, if the pump was acting up. I'm simply trying to grasps how everything works in this machine, I appreciate your feedback.
While printing, is the pump actually drawing ink from the head. It never appears to really dock and seal to the cap during this process ? Does the pump have an active part in keeping the system primed ?
something I simply cannot comprehend is if I had clogged nozzles on the black, why do I constantly get the fluctuations in firings. Is it possible that during cleanings the suction is strong enough to pull ink passed the nozzles, but while printing the suctions needed is no longer there ?
