Design the wrap with the customer understanding that the deep recess area can not be easily wrapped. I would bridge the material over the deep recess. Cut the wrap all the way around the areas and then put those cut pieces in the deep recess flat. That would just have the 90% edges not...
Firmware upgrade that ends in "06_02.10" will be on their site for updating by 9.16.15. HP said it has been an issue popping up over the last month.
#2.... two new LM and M print heads sent by HP.
ALL Latex 360 people need to download this firmware!
When I print a head alignment test to then enter the correction codes, I get the top 2 red tests (O & P?) that I can't even read. I have also noticed red on the bed of the platten where the vacuum sucks on the paper. See attached image for red smear too. It prints fine in a color test but is...
So my Mutoh 1614 has been replaced by a HP Latex....
#1 Can the 1614 be converted to die sub for tee shirt material printing?
#2 Who to call and/or order parts for conversion?
Thanks.... Any help is appreciated. BTw..... I am in MN.

It doesn't get much easier than these. Only print horizontal if you are worried about seams (cars) and you have help installing. I work alone even on semi trailers so print everything vertical.
I have double printed the deep recessed areas. Place the vinyl in the recess first and then the high areas with the full wrap. Cut the full wrap so that it only stays on the "high" areas.
Yes I meant VERTICAL banding. It's been a LONG day
It is vertical banding. It only does it on light blues. No other colors. It does not line up with the rollers at all. I am turning the heat settings down to 36, 36, 50 and see if that helps too.
Before warranty went out about 6 months ago I had a Mutoh tech come in and work on this for a full day and got it a little better but now it is progressing to crap again.
Only on baby blue. Only on the right side of the printer closest to the head parking zone. About the first 1/3 of the bed...
