    The buckling is happening before it hits the heaters. If I turn the heat down any more (it's set for window perf at around 188). The ink starts rubbing off. I have one profile set for lower heat and high vacuum. but I've set the heat as low as I can set it before it starts wiping off...

    we use Arlon. Arlon SLX, we use for car wraps, Arlon 510 GT we use for decals. We use Arlon 3170 for laminate.

    I've been using the clear focus econovue for years now. I have always had issues with head strikes on the window perf. I learned how to manipulate the vacuum, and heaters to get a decent result, but now i'm having issues again. I have increased the vacuum to damn near as high as the printer...
