The buckling is happening before it hits the heaters. If I turn the heat down any more (it's set for window perf at around 188). The ink starts rubbing off. I have one profile set for lower heat and high vacuum. but I've set the heat as low as I can set it before it starts wiping off...
it's not an old roll. It's the end of a roll. I noticed if I have a lot on the roll it seems to be good until I get to a certain point.
For the life of me I can't figure why I can get a good run on some of it and why I can't on others.

I've been using the clear focus econovue for years now. I have always had issues with head strikes on the window perf. I learned how to manipulate the vacuum, and heaters to get a decent result, but now i'm having issues again. I have increased the vacuum to damn near as high as the printer...
