I was told by the place I bought it from it was a carriage PCA replaced that and it still does the same thing that was a waste of $200 this printer is killing me

yeah kinda 2 same areas randomly, I cleaned the encoder strip I may need to clean the encoder reader but it is hard to reach. Do you have a HP and if you buy parts where do you buy them?

I have random printing on hp 360, I was told it was printhead so I replaced all of them and it is still doing this? I am thinking encoder strip or reader but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I usually tell how it won't show up and why but I put it in a email before the job. Once the job is complete and they complain about it not showing up I just forward that prior email back to them. offer to redo it at cost
