POSITION: Advantage Technical Services (ATS) PHONE SUPPORT
REPORTS TO: ATS MANAGER
STATUS: Full-time
JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical support to customers and team members.
ESSENTAIL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer Support Questions for Customers and Advantage Team Members
- Instruct Training Classes for software
- Identify and Order parts for Equipment
- Assist with development and updating curriculum for Training Classes
- Assist with Demos
- Repair of Graphtec Plotters
- Cleaning and Maintenance of Demo Equipment, Software and Computers
- Repair of Demo Equipment
- Tracking and Maintenance of Loaner Equipment and Software
- Configuration of Infinity Computers
- Occasionally attend Trade Shows and Open Houses
- Printing of Samples or Swatches as needed
HOURS: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (after training complete)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Sign Industry Experience Highly Preferred

None
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
Technically Inclined
Excellent Problem Solving Skills Attention to Detail
Excellent Communication Skills especially over the phone
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Occasional Travel
Some lifting of equipment (up to 75 lbs)
Periodic Extended Hours Occasional Weekend Work
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office Occasional onsite visits
