    What would cause only the black ink to print and not the colors? Get only lines of the colors. How high is the head suppose to be when printing in the "low" position. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

  9. Clogged Ink Heads for ValueJet1604

    I'm having a real hard time getting the ink to come through. I've ran the cleaning cycle and I put cleaning sovent in the head cap like the tech told us and then tried to run a print. I've always been able to get it to work before by repeating these steps. Is there anything else I can try?

    Just what software is needed to run my ValueJet 1604? We do everything with Corel and don't see the need of Flexi, other than maybe the Production Manager. The salesman said I could return the software but is now reneging.

    My 1st year warranty is about to expire. My distributor wants $2600. for the 2nd year. Sounds kinda high to me. What do you think? Any experience?
