Contact Bordeaux. It’s my understanding that they are developing new programming for Mutoh smart cards. The newest firmware for your printer is 3.09. While it does allow you to run with 2 bad smart cards, it also generates new categories of errors.

Two things: it’s most likely the paper feed adjust on the printer making the print the incorrect length. This is a user calibration. Secondly if the PF is ok, use Mutoh Segment Cutting or Mutoh Segment Positioning marks and it will draw marks every 2 feet to more accurately correct for length...

The only difference in the nozzle check should be the addition of the date/time etc. I would do a cold reboot (power off- unplug- press power to drain- then restart), and/or reload the firmware. Also 3.05 and up does not allow 440s on a 1324. Your ink choices are 220s or 1000 ml bulk
