We have a german build Aristo Aristomat 1625 Flatbed system with conveyer belt.
We are very very disapointed with it's kiss cutting capabilities We are better of with our cheap chinese plotter, when it comes to kiss cutting.
Depending on the manufacturing year of your printer it could be a standard ide or a sata ide. You can tell by the connection. I would recommend to save the image on a safe server somewhere an the restore your new drive from that image to test everything is working. I would use Clonezilla for...
I would take a look at the printers logfile, to see if there is some kind of pattern in those crashes. Always after idle headspit no5, always after second head cleaning etc. Etc. You are welcome to post your logfile here or send me a PM with it. I am not a certified tech on these machine, but I...
You need to change the Power supply, supplying the motherboard and some other stuff in the electronic box. It is a special HP proprietary form factor. We adopted a standard ATX one to do the job instead.

Run Forrest, run!!
The first thing i would do, was to fire your technician, that is certainly not normal and very bad, will eventually fry your headboard. I would change out all the filters on the transparent hoses and see what happens.
Yes bi-dir calibration, and a head skew adjustment will take care of that! Nozzle check looks great in my opinion, have printed better quality with far less good nozzles!
Hi colleagues
We recently bought a Arizona 360GT UV flatbed, to replace our even older HP Scitex FB500.
The former owner replaced the right lamp housing a couple of months ago.
The part and the work was supplied by Canon and I have the bill to prove so.
The machine was NOT under service...
Depends on your application. Lots of stickers with small text or very demanding customers (artist, museums etc) i would go with the Epson. Generally out the door commercial jobs with fast turnaround i would go Latex
