hi , thanks for the reply , i have the mimaki tech support come today and replace the encoder PCB , after 2 print jobs error 52a still coming up , we try swapping some cable and i think he don't know what to do now at this point , any other part i should look into?

earlier in the december the error start with:
ERROR 52a
LEnc.Count HDC
it stops the printer right before the printing process , no problem on cutting , i call my technician and he change the encoder , its the tape that i believe it called "linear...
thank you for your help , i got the encoder tape replaced today , but still have the same error message , is there any other parts that might cause this? or the new encoder might have defect?
thanks for all the help guys , i try to soak the head , its getting a little bit better but the problem is still present , technician come this morning and change 2 dampers but the problem still there , i guess i need a new head but i'm planning to just use this one until it's dead
update :
i try to change the vacuum settings and nothing changes , pinch roll all set to mid
i try nozzle wash and Hard cleaning then a test print turns out like this , is the print head clogged?
Hi Joseph , thanks for your reply , is banding means a line in my solid colour? i have line on every solid colour that use cyan ink , and other colour like if i print solid red seems fine . is my Print head permanently broke? and by ordering cyan head do you mean i can replace a specific colour...

I'm using mimaki CJV 150-75 print & cut with original mimaki BS4 ink , recently i have issues with cyan ink dripping from the head , my technician said it was a damper issue , he then check the damper and says it's still in "ok"...
