  1. Need Help Graphtec FC9000 having random offcut issues

Sounds very frustrating, I've had some of the same issues but I did have to revert back to Onyx 22 from 22.5 because the cuts were off on the FC9000 I use. It might be worth talking to Onyx about even though that might be their only solution they offer.
  2. What do these smears mean? HP latex

I have this happen on my crappy test material I use to run the printhead maintenance and tests with. It just doesn't seem to want to absorb/cure the ink on that material but looks fine on the regular vinyl I run with the same tests. HP 360
  3. 1640 “splotchy”

I have this happen on the Colorado when I use too high of a print mode on thinner paper. I usually have to use one of the lower production modes when I print on thinner paper like drawing/pounce paper.
  4. Ghost Reflective - Dark Gray Truck

Agree. We do 3M's black reflective on black police cars and it looks great.
  5. Onyx 22 / Thrive wont auto rotate when nesting?

I've had the same issue with the different versions of Onyx, I upgraded to the latest version and it seemed to fix it but then I had other issues and had to revert back to the previous. Ugh.
  6. Graphtec 9000 problems with cutting

I've had both of my Graphtecs do this occasionally. I usually check the rollers, and the material alignment and restart the cutter. I'm not quite sure why it happens.

  8. Wrinkled pop-up banner solution?

We've had the same issues on our HP 335, we lower the temp as far as it can go to correct it. I think we might have adjusted the vacuum also.
  9. Rise of the Machines - AI Vector Tracing is coming for our Bitmaps!

Thanks for the link! I just tried it with a logo I was having some issues with and it worked surprisingly well. I'll definitely test it out some more. I like the options when you go to download.
  10. Colorado 1650 banner, how?

Banners look great on our Canon Colorado 1650. I use a few different 13oz scrim banner profiles and an 18oz profile I downloaded from Canon. I usually have to make sure to advance the material until I can see it from the front because I've had the carriage stop on previous banner material. I...
  11. HELP! - Head striking perf film when printing

It's usually the temp and vacuum that I have to adjust on both the HP360 and HP335 drastically. We only use Briteline Window Perf. I have to adjust the settings, add clamps to the front of the material, and use the take-up roll. I think the high heat setting on the HP is the main issue because I...
  12. Font of The year

I like the font. It's definitely been popular this year the only thing I hate about it is the capital letter G. Poppins is another that has shown up a lot lately too.
  13. HP Latex Printing Reflective - Too hot

I've found almost all of the HP profiles on both my 360 and 335 the temps are too high. I usually have to lower them as far as they can go for Avery and 3M reflectives. I had a length issue on my 360 that HP was working with us on and they wiped all my profiles as part of the troubleshooting. As...
  14. Window Perf lifting while printing-Need help

I think I use the same window perf and have the same issues on my HP 360. I usually have to turn the temp down as far as I can, adjust the vacuum, and put clamps on the front of my material.
  15. Raster and Vector Image Customer Rant

As soon as I see it's a PNG I know it's a Canva file. Canva has several ways to save the file but it's been really hard educating our customers about that. I even did a trial subscription to Canva Pro to see all the options and how they work, including being able to download as a vector. I ended...
