Need Help Printed Ouput Shifted to the Left and Cutting Off Left Side

I am using Flexi 12 and a Mutoh VJ 1204 48" printer. Recently, when I go to print something the printing starts 2 inches from the right side of the media even though I have the objects all the way to the right on the page in the Flexi main software and in the production manager. I have no margin set and I can't figure out why my output is shifting to the left, which is of course cutting off the left side of my graphics if it happens to be wider that 45 inches.
Is there anyone that has had this issue or has any idea why this is happening or a solution?:help
