I'm really happy with how this truck came out. it's one of the largest installs I've done to date. the project for this weekend is wrapping my first car matte orange.

seems like it would be betterto go higher on the truck and maybe figure out how to install it so the ridge on the truck doesn't run thru everything like it does.

That looks like a lot of weeding, or did you connect it all so there was minimal picks?

the design concept is unique, I like it

how are they going to clean the truck?
since this is a cut vinyl, are you worried about those small pieces staying on during cleaning with a high pressure sprayer?

The Vinyl was applied at the exact position the client wanted. I did not mention in this thread (I thought I did) was the fact that it started to rain, so I took the "final" pictures in the rain, I waited till night to install the top portion, on top of the pig there is the word "camion" (truck) the spacing on top and bottom of the vinyl is exactly 2.75"

I uncompounded the design files, then ran a filter to clean up all small holes under 0.04 i think) inches. I then compounded it again and printed. there is quite a bit of detail in there, but it was not completely unmanageable, I managed to weed them quicker and quicker, It's the first time I used surgeons tweezers, and I don't know how I lived without them!

I hope they don't use a pressure washer. I will have to warn the client about that.

edit: spelling

I use a number 16 exacto for all of my weeding...used to hand cut Sta-Sharp with a lot of detail back in the day with the same blade, can't see changing now.
The number 16's are great for cutting and weeding.
