I realize this is way late but so happened came across your Gerber SignMaker. I'm retired and a friend gave me a Gerber Sprint two, the one with the CTR monitor and 15" plotter and it still runs. However, I do have the Job Save box sitting on the console but probably installed it incorrectly. The light goes on but for reason it's not saving cut files. I probably don't know how to correctly install it. Could you help tell me how to correctly install it? Thank you appreciate it.
