I had this same issue, when printing a file production manager freezes, Here below is a link for the latest version of Flexi. 8.6v1 It will finish your problems BUG free for XP or Vista like me, once is installed it will use your same Key and password if the like is not available, send me a note I have the original file downloaded in my computer, please share, I belive many people have the same problem.
