No idea if this might help… I’m trying to remember, but I think for me it was the encoder reader??? And if you can get it to do a print test then it’s obviously moving Y.. but goofy, have you cleaned it?
I had one time it just won’t move Y at all.. and just needed to wiggle the cable connected...
I thought that Flexi was a different RIP software… but I guess there is a “designer” function as well. I’m guessing it’s some kind of editing software?? That then you can send to Print Factory to RIP?
Wondering what kind of file this “Flexi” is sending to PrintFactory…

I'm looking at testing these two products from Drytac on a Latex printer (no white ink on ours though). The Deco SR seems to be a "Lintec" product that is compatible with Latex. The Impress Clear film seems like it's thicker (5mil vs 2mil) so might be better for people with not great install...
Not sure if you're still debating. I used to run (2) HP Latex 370s (we switched from Epson 6000s and also had an Epson Surecolor, I don't remember which model, but it was the worst one they had).

I used to get these all the time on the 370s. Sad to see it still happening on the 560. To fix I would usually just replace all the printheads.. that would fix it for us. The test plots would be fine but the printheads might be close to expire or out of warranty. If not see if you can return...

MoultrieMade already said it, but stretch wrap. That’s the first thing I thought. And I don’t know if you have to put them in their own poly bags but you can use some of that soft foam to layer in between the pieces to prevent scratching and keep it in place with the stretch wrap.
