    It is possible that the bearings on the ink carriage are not free and lubricated, the cutting head pulls away from the ink carriage when it traverses.(Particularly on a fast travel). Fix- Clean and lube the rail and carriages. Just a possibility, as bit hard to fault find from 12000 miles away.

    My software says it is Lounge Bait Regular. A number of different font sites have it available. (Not Corel I am pretty sure)
